In line with the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Ayush (MoA) and the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) under the 'Ayurveda Aahara' category, RAV has developed a diverse array of Ayurveda-based food products. These products are meticulously crafted to not only meet regulatory standards but also to harness the inherent health benefits of Ayurvedic ingredients and formulations.

“ANIE” bread which stands for ‘Ayurvedic Nutritious Ingredients Enriched’ Bread. ANIE bread is a tastier and healthier alternative to traditional Maida /Atta bread.

- Pumpkin seeds relieve constipation, improve eyesight, exhibits anti-fungal and antiviral properties also.
- Watermelon seeds have cooling nature and are a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids. Musk melon seeds are antitussive, antipyretic, and anthelminthic and also promote digestion.
- Ajwain (Carrom seeds) is digestive, promotes appetite, and reduces bloating.
- Jeeraka (Cumin Seeds) acts as an appetizer, carminative, blood purifier, anti-spasmodic and anti -fungal.
Poshak Cookies : Provides Holistic nourishment and is helpful in promoting lactation , it is a rich source of calcium and promotes bone health , it is also a rich source of folic acid , and hence is helpful in anemia. This biscuit is hence a round product to combat malnutrition and provide Children and lactating mothers good source of “ POSHAN”

- Bajra is said to be balya (strength promoting) & having a role in bleeding disorders, worminfestation, dysuria (PriyaNighantu).
- Shobhanjana Patra balances Kapha and Vata dosha (Bhavparaksh Nighantu). It promotes digestion, checks worm manifestation, and is wholesome for the body. It is rich in phytosterols and promotes lactation. It is rich in iron, calcium & mineral contents.
- Jaggery is said to nourish the body by strengthening Dhatus viz. Rakta, Mamsa, Meda and Majja (Charak Samhita Sutra 27). It improves immunity, stimulates digestion & relieves constipation.

Promotion of Region specific Ayurveda Ahara under the umbrella of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”To mark the 75 years of independence, India is celebrating “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” with great zeal. With reference to this, various activities had been organized by RAV also for the benefit of common people right from imparting knowledge for maintenance of good health, to the distribution of immune-boosting Sanshamnai Vati, and Ayu-Raksha kits among common people.
RAV was running Region specific Ayurveda Ahara series for disseminating the authentic information amongst common people about health benefits of various region specific foods, foods as per seasonal regime etc. Every month any regional & its health benefits were showcased in template & also short promotional video was shared over social media for wider dissemination of knowledge.
Following programmes had been organized during the year on various different topics:
- Six One-Day Seminars had been organized by RAV across India for the Ayurveda Scholars, Teachers and Clinicians to sensitize & promote Ayurveda Aahara along with the sensitization about FSSAI regulation for Ayurveda Aahara. In every seminar, more than 100 participants registered& had been sensitized.
- Webinars had been organized every month on Usage of Millets for health maintenance.
- An online competition was organized on “Millet Recipes through your kitchen” wherein videos had been invited from participants. More than 20 people participated & showcased various regional recipes made from Millets & its health benefits.
